I believe there are great people doing great things who don’t have great budgets. I established HotMess.net as a design solution for folks and non-profits on limited or no income. I operate on a sliding-scale fee, through bartering, and sometimes, I’m even free. Because of this, I only work with causes I support. With that said, are you:
- queer/LGBTQIA focused or friendly
- dedicated to racial justice (and no, not racial exploitation or tokenization) and other forms of social justice
- actively dismantling at least a few of the following: racism, classism, sexism, transphobia, queerphobia, homophobia, nationalism, patriotism, homelessness, ageism, ableism, cultural appropriation, and general douche-baggery.
